*Two cups purified water, chilled
*Two Tablespoons dry non fat milk
*Eight ounces frozen strawberries
*Eight ounces frozen blueberries

Blend all ingredients till smooth.

Put all ingredients in blender.

                  grape fruit juice

             cranberry juice
*One Packet Splenda® sweetner
*Three cups crushed ice
*Two Lime wedges

Blend all ingredients, except lime
wedges.  Wedge lime on rim of
glass. Makes two tall beverages.

1/2 to 1 small lemon
1/2 to 1 small lime

2.  Squeeze the fruit into the
green tea drink.

3.  Chill and pour over ice, or

*Four fresh spearmint leaves, finely

*Half fresh lime
* Seven ounce Sprite Zero
